Some rooms have been guarenteed for the participant to the FEW but must be booked before November 1st 2012.

Prices and available rooms:
- 13 seaside rooms (twin single size beds): 90 euros/night
- 8 gardenside rooms (1 queen size bed): 75 euros/night
- breakfast: 8 euros/pers.
- stay taxes: 0.30 euros/pers./night

indicating that you will participate to the "Flux Emergence Workshop".

Downtown:

The conference venue location is not the most lively location. For those who prefers to taste the rhythm of the city they may prefer to book an hotel close to the city center. Nice is quite touristic city with a wide variety of hotels that can be booked from most hotel reservation website.

While we do not offer preferential/prebooked rate in any hotel, the LOC can nonetheless recommand to book hotels in the areas of the "Vieux Port" (old port), or to the "Place Garibaldi" (Garibaldi square). These locations would be quite functional to reach the conference venue: direct connection with the 20, 30 and T32 bus lines (see "Local Transport" in conference venue webpage) and about 15-25 minutes walking. These locations offers an important variety of restaurants and bars and are also quite close from the old town which host also an interesting collection of nightlife stops.
